"I paid at the pump and went to store to ask for a receipt because the pump printer was out of paper. The staff is an old lady with black glasses. She kept asking me where I want to pay with her fake smile. I tried explaining but she kept interrupting me. So stupid."

"They refused to give my money back for some tan colored water that supposed to be coke slushes. The light wasn't on to indicate the slush wasn't ready. This was an injustice"

"I used the self checkout, and I paid with cash. I put in my pump number and placed my food on the scanner. Paid received my receipt. Went to pump my gas, and the pump wouldn't turn on. I go in and tell the cashier he reset something. I go back out and hung up the nozzle. Still nothing. Come to find out somehow, pump 1 was where my cash went. I was on 11. They refused to fix the problem. They were rude and ugly to me. After reading the other reviews, I would say they pocketed my money. I'm not to judge, but my thier appearance tells me that's what happened. I made sure on my way back from Canton, MS, I didn't stop at that exit to fill up. And I'll make sure I will never stop there again when I make any trips going that away. That exit is blocked for my stops."

"Worst associates and manager I’ve ever met at the Circle K. I’ve been bringing my lunch to warm up and buy things at Circle K for years. They gave me a huge issue for bringing my own food in to warm up and wouldn’t let me warm it up. I go to Circle K is all over the country and I never ran into this issue. I’ve have never had this issue at any other gas station company . It was ridiculous how I was treated."

"Tuesday, 07/18/2023, 8:30am I was a customer at the Bessemer location on Academy Drive this morning. I have a complaint about the cashier. I was not able to get her name but she is an older white woman. She was EXTREMELY RUDE to the young ladies that were in the line ahead of me. There was a group of about 4 Latino ladies who spoke a very limited amount of English and did not understand how to use the self checkout. Instead of assisting them, the cashier yelled at them and berated them. She was so mean and nasty to those girls. She told them how they were in America now and they need to learn the language or go back where they came from. She called them slow and even tried to chastise them like they were children because they couldn't understand what she was saying. Unfortunately I did not have my phone with me or I would've recorded her. I was very upset that she would treat customers in such a disrespectful way. Isn't it her job to assist the customers? I frequently go to this location about 2 to 4 times a week on my way to work. I like it because its clean and the shelves are always stocked. This particular location needs to seriously take a look at who they have working at the register. That woman was so mean, rude, and miserable! She could have easily scanned their items and taken their payments at the register like she did the customers BEFORE and AFTER them but it was obvious that she wanted them to use the self checkout to belittle them because they couldn't understand how to use it. When one of the young ladies decided she didn't want to purchase anything because she was being treated so rudely, the cashier had the audacity to tell her she needs to learn some manners and threatened to call the police. She even tried to put her out of the store because she wouldn't just stand there and let her be rude to her. The cashier made comments like she wasn't saying anything wrong because she has African American and Lation friends and family....Isn't that what a racist says right after they make their racist comments??? There is an older black man who works there as well. I could tell he was embarrassed by her behavior as we made eye contact and said good morning to each other. The other customers that were in the line were making comments and were very upset with the cashier as well. I hope they contact you. Is this the kind of employee that you want to represent your store??"
