"I do believe the drive-thru cashier could use some customer service lessons. She fixed my chicken and close the box and left it sitting there for 3 to 4 minutes while walking around doing nothing and then finally brought me my chicken it was pretty rude."
"I went with the drive thru but that location had someone begging from me while I'm at the drive thru. It's not ther fault but was not expected that to occur either. It helps to have adults there too. Next, the food was good for drive thru, get it and go. Recommended overall and they have the best biscuits."

"I'm not gonna lie, it's not Chick-fil-A, but I visited about a week ago. The customer service was fantastic, and my food was delicious and hot. However, I couldn't use the drive-thru because it wasn't well-lit; it felt like the Joker, Bane, and other dark characters could be lurking around the corner. There wasn't a single light back there. The front of the restaurant is well-maintained, but the back is poorly lit, It seems like the district or regional manager should ensure the place has proper lighting and a functional drive-thru. If not, they should consider shutting down the drive-thru and making everyone come inside. The darkness back there is comparable to the inside left butt cheek of Thanos, and I wasn't the only one confused. Several people drove back there, hesitated due to the darkness and long line, and ended up parking to come inside."
"The people were so nice and courteous. The food was hit and delicious. The wait wasn't long. Once they gave me my order, they repeated it back to me to let me no I was getting what I ordered. I'd definitely go back get."
