"Ordered 8 piece at the drive through at 530pm. Sorriest box of chicken I’ve ever received. One breast, 3 very small thighs, 2 wings, two drums and all were tough and overcooked. Must be a change in personnel as this place is usually pretty good. No more drive through for me and doubt I will return."

"Customer service was fine; I guess due to the reviews listed here however I've never had service issues at any of the locations here in Mobile ( just pandemic hours). But I had to take a pic to show this chicken was old; the breast has a Grey tint and is way to big to be cooked whole. This size breast needs to be cut up or not used at all. It tasted awful. Biscuit, side, drink and wing were good."
