"I went there for the 1st time because they had a $2.99 medium sub for their 25th anniversary. The were super busy that day because of the promo but the staff's customer service was superb they even thanked me for my patience. I got the #1 mile high turkey sub and the American club the subs was fresh and they don't skimp on the meat either and the toppings are fresh also. I'll be returning again soon."
"Never be the first order of the day. I ordered sandwiches for my staff and the chicken Philly sandwich had lettuce and about 3 pieces of chicken. I called back and spoke with the manager. He stated that, I was his first order of the day and that how it’s made. No… Bring back and I’ll make you another one or nothing. We will be taking our business back to Firehouse Sub."
