"Bo with the service department has always made sure my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and if there was a problem with my vehicle he made sure it was fixed, he also informs me when I need a service done. I or my husband have always been able to reach him at the dealership with questions or concerns regarding our vehicle and he has always been responsive and polite. Thanks for always making sure I receive great service."

"I had been going to a competitor to have service done on my Nissan. After feeling taken advantage of multiple times, I decided that I had to make a change. I chose to go to Matt Bowers to give them a shot at my business. I had the opportunity to have Mark Murray as my business consultant. "Best buying experience that I have ever had!!! Lynn and Toney the general sales managers took their time explaining and also giving much needed consultation. I was not explained everything the previous purchase and issues arose with that vehicle. It was used and sold as is, but the previous management could care less what happened to their customer. The team that is there now!!! I can not say enough about them and in the end I would highly recommend buying a new car from these people!! They helped me understand everything, very transparent about the numbers, and every aspect of their team was excellent. Thank you Nicole, Colton, Lynn, and Tony…. Thanks for all your help !!!"

"The interaction with Bo Smithart this morning at Matt Bowers Nissan deserves 0 stars. I've had my Nissan serviced here since purchasing it a year ago and the visits haven't been good nor bad, more-so, neutral but the interaction today ensured I'll never come back. He led with how difficult it would be to warranty my battery & what MIGHT happen & COULD go wrong....instead of what he COULD do. I then called a Nissan dealership in Mobile, same questions, different service specialist.....completely opposite experience. The customer service was PERFECT in Mobile. The awards he has across his service desk for being an outstanding service specialist, maybe, he deserved them at the time but they should be taken away now."
