"Card machine shoved in my face expecting a tip. After no tip left (for a drive thru sandwich), the girl working the register stood there and talked with her friend instead of making food. Whoever owns this franchise needs to know your people are working for tips alone, terrible customer service!"
"I am very confused as to why when I go to the drive-through they’re asking me to tip them. They hand you the electronic pad and say please enter your tip. I find that incredibly offensive and somewhat Extortive. Like they are holding your meal hostage if you don’t tip. I’m sorry, but this is not an acceptable practice. When I questioned it, I was told this is the only way we make money. I refuse to supplement the salary, because Jimmy John’s can’t pay their employees enough to make sandwiches. I do not intend on ever visiting this Jimmy John’s ever again."
