"I live a few minutes from the nearest Church's Chicken and me and my wife both love Church's Chicken and this last time I went I was only giving not even a full part of my order I guess you could say it was my fault for not really checking but when I found out and tried to report it nobody would ever answer the phone so I had to call corporate so a manager assume called me from the churches that I went to after I had talked to corporate and told me they would come for me to come back and then give me a complete full dinner everything that I bought so they made it right"
"The Window cashier was pleasant and went beyond necessary to help me. The signage light was out and it was hard to see. She made the ordering experience so effortless and easy. She was accommodating and offered specials. Commendable customer service. Will be back."
"There was a shift change according to the service window attendant . Since we could hear her mostly non-work related conversation, over a 10-15 min wait, we reminded the drive-thru cashier that we were ready to give her our order once again. However, after patiently waiting for so long we decided that it was likely better to dine elsewhere unless we could bare the outrageous wait time . Completely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!"
