"Had to wait several minutes for them to make my sandwich (there was no one else there). The bread was hard and stale, as if it had been made the day before. The barely put any of the veggies on that I requested, as if they were trying to be frugal. They only put three slices of meat when I asked for double, and then charged me for double."

"Ordered online for curbside. Had to go in after 15 mins. No customers so not a rush or busy. Don’t mind going in but if you offer curbside then pay attention to when a customer initiates ‘I’m Here’. One of the footings I ordered was a Steak and Cheese Pro. And according to the app that means double protein. Barely had steak even for a regular footlong. My turkey footlong was good but I asked for light mayo and mustard. Heavy handed on the condiments."

"Two stars due to preparing sandwhich incorrectly multiple times when placing an online order. If you order online there is probably a 50% chance they will forget an item. They once forgot the meat in my sandwhich. I was served a meatless chicken teriyaki sandwhich..... No other problems if the sandwhich was prepared correctly though."
