"Idk what immature rude lady is working tonight Saturday May 27th 2023. 4:20am but talking mess about me taking 20 seconds to use the bathroom is ridiculous. Especially after I just spent $52 in gas here. She yelled at me “don’t come back” after I asked if she was really mad that I used her bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous. You should be mad you work in a dump, you real up in arms over a job you don’t even like."

"Convenient location. But I am a frequent user of the Shell Fuel Rewards Program. I use it at the pump & also inside Shell stores to earn rewards I can apply towards fuel, etc. My concern is when the cashier cancels out the option to enter my rewards info (i.e. alt ID) on the signature pad before I even have the chance to enter it. Leave a little time please for customers to input their info especially if customer is keying in something on the keypad before a transaction is tendered & train employees why this is important. (If you buy things in the store - you can earn pretty significant rewards at the pump over time.) Worth the little extra effort IMO. Thank you."
