"Just left the store. Extremely disappointed in the employees as all were very disrespectful and poor worth ethic. They were impatient as we had to ONLY order 4 items. The store was empty however, they were trying to hurry up to where we couldn’t even list what exactly we wanted so we just got three quesadillas when we actually wanted burritos. Very dissatisfied. Major attitude problems overall. The only one to care about customer satisfaction was the male manager."

"Placed an online order about 10 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, I was greeted with that saying “welcome to moes”. I haven’t eaten at moes in about 20 years. I noticed that my order wasn’t ready yet, so I inquired. Their online system was down, so my order didn’t come through. Their employees jumped into action instead of shrugging their shoulders at me. I appreciate that so much…initiative. I pulled up my order on my phone, and an employee took picture of my order and immediately started my order. They were fast and I felt that they cared and valued me as a patron. I understand a diverse people will have a diverse experience while eating here. But as for me and my house, this place went above and beyond. First time eating moes in 20 years and the experience was outstanding. The food was too. Thanks, team Moes at Lee Branch! You guys and gals should get raises. Owner and Manager….take note."

"RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Do not eat here!!!! I went up to the counter and the worker there said, “alright what do you want!”. I guess that’s how we talk to people now. I specifically asked for no cheese on my food but another lady sprinkled cheese on top without speaking to me about it. But, I caught her doing it and I told her I have a dairy allergy and I can’t do cheese. She made an excuse for putting cheese on it and grabbed the food(burning her hand in the process) and made another one without apologizing. My husband was getting something to drink and another worker had to get around him and bumped him on the shoulder to get passed. The right way is to say excuse me but this teenage boy did not do that. My husband was mad about it whole time we were there. And whatever you do, do not get chips because there was a long piece of hair in mine. I attached a picture of it below. This place smells the gas station. The women’s bathroom was stopped up and will not flush. Bottom line, PLEASE do not eat here!!!!"

"ordered via door dash, literally the WORST order I have ever gotten in my life from anywhere!! 2 Moe's Famous Queso Side $0.00 1 Guacamole Side $0.00 1 Homewrecker Bowl White Meat Chicken Cilantro Lime Rice Pico de gallo Shredded Cheese Shredded Lettuce Cilantro Pinto Beans Grilled Peppers and Onions Guacamole Inside Your Item Yes, I Want Free Chips and Salsa ABOVE is what was Ordered!! What I got was a bowl with some pico de gallo, a trace of shredded lettuce and cheese, a few and I mean a few pinto beans and 3 tiny pieces of chicken like maybe the chicken accidentally fell in there!! Some Chips 1 side of queso.... NO RICE. NO MEAT (not really) No beans, I mean the bottom of the bowl was BARELY covered and we all know, a homewrecker be it a burrito or a bowl generally too much to eat all at once!! WOW I love Moes I hadn't eaten Moes for a very long time sadly I don't know if I will ever go back.. Luckily Door Dash refunded most of my $ I didnt have time for re-order but how bad do you have to do your job to NOT put the MAIN INGREDIENTS in a bowl?? SERIOUSLY and they had stickers on the top as if to say YES I put this in!! SMH I did call, the girl on the phone was real nice and hopefully addressed this so others didn't end up with the lack of service I did. Chips I had chips with a trace of Queso for dinner.. tossed the bowl as ir wasnst even edible just a small layer of sog in the bottom of a bowl ... SMH"
