"We had the pleasure of having Brittany as our take away person tonight and could not have had a better, more easy transaction. She came out with a smile and every item we ordered and our extras were all in the bag. We felt she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and definitely deserves some recognition. Thank you Brittany and Outback!"

"This was our 2nd and last visit to this restaurant. My wife had the bake potatoe soup and side salad. Not much to critique there, however, the soup was close to room temperature, and my wife had to repeat salad and dressing request twice to waitress. I never had the blooming fried chicken breast before, so I had it with loaded baked potato and broccoli. This would have to be the worst chicken breast I've had in a long time, it was definitely over fried, shrunk and dry. And it was very obvious by looking at the dark coating, it was unservable. Apparently not to the waitress and kitchen manager. Waitress said, "well, it's deep fried". I felt she was trying to refute my claim. Like this was not enough to ruin our night, the kitchen manager came out doing the same, instead of professionally apologizing and asking how they could make it right. Attached are two pictures, one of the advertised dish, and the other, the way mine was served."

"Terrible all around. I placed a curbside order, got there early and sat at the bar. It took 20 minutes for anyone to ask me what I wanted to drink. The food was supposed to be ready at 5:40 and was ready at 6:15. They ran out of POTATOES. Yes, they ran out of every single kind of potato. The food was all cold, steaks overcooked, the kids chicken tenders were disgusting. The side of brussel sprouts are something I would not serve to my dog. I don’t know who owns this location, but you should be ashamed, or maybe show up to the restaurant. This $115 order will be disputed with Amex!"

"Thanksgiving eve on the road, and great Outback is open. Weary hungry travelers are happy! Service was great , food very fine. Only issue was found when we unwrapped the cloth napkins containing eating utensils. First the napkins were dirty and the forks and steak-knife were dirty as well. There must be some kind of issue with washing machine or the person(s) responsible for the cleaning. At any rate we just got some take-plastic ware and proceeded to enjoy our meal. Two employees did apologize for the dirty stuff."
