"The food is good, not excellent though. The Carne Asada bowl did not disappoint. I was there at 9 pm and had a few people ahead of me. I do understand that the Staff is fulfilling online orders at the same time as well. But that shouldn't interrupt the in store flow. The organization of the staff isn't optimal and a couple of them clearly did not wanted to be there."
"Really enjoyed the experience after an evening out with my wife. I have been reluctant to buy from this chain because I thought the prices were too high for a fast food place although I have friends that love dining here. But after my last vacation to Los Angeles, the prices are reasonable. Plus the service, cleanliness, better food and atmosphere make it worth the experience. However, getting to this location is trying for an older person like me. Previously I have missed the turn to get into the parking area. It was a good thing my wife was able to navigate me away from the other food franchise nearby."
"We've been visiting the Chipotle/ Trussville location for a long time now. Every single time, we have not had a bad experience! We usually get the same thing every time (veggie bowls) and regardless of who prepares our food, it's great every time. Thank you Chipotle for your exceptional customer service and food!"
"Do not order online from this location. I can count on one hand how many of the past 10 orders me or my wife have made that were right. Lactose intolerant? The odds they're throwing cheese on there just because are pretty high. Religious and avoid pork? Maybe they'll just put it on your food instead of what you ordered."
"There wasn't a table in the place that wasn't FILTHY. Not a single one. I had to clean my own table and clean two seats for my husband and I to have a place to sit down. The seats were covered in food too. The floor was also covered in bits of food. Pretty gross! Also..... for about 25% of the American population cilantro tastes like soap and excrement so about half of the food tastes pretty horrible. How hard is it to offer rice, corn, and salsa free of cilantro?"
