"Every time I have ever come here there is always something wrong with the drive thru. Tried to go today through the drive thru and was told that I needed to come inside to order, which if you know the layout of this location you know that turning around to go back into the parking lot is impossible once you’ve gone through the drive thru."
"Every single time I have visited this KFC there is an issue. I’ve showed up and there have been drive-through workers literally nodding out at the window. This past time today at 4:30 I had a DoorDash and was told to sit outside for almost 20 minutes when I went in to check on my order they told me it would be another 15 minutes because they had no chicken and we’re rude as all get out! What the HECK"
"Went by there the first time. They said they didn't have fries ready. And then I give them time to get the fries ready by leaving and going somewhere else. Come back and they still don't have the chicken I wanted. Do you have anything here that somebody can order and receive fast at this fast food place?"
"I ordered a 2piece " breast and leg" snack. When I got home from KFC, my chicken had been under the heat elements so long. It was hard, as well as the biscuit. I spoke with Jasmine about the situation. I was told to bring it back tomorrow because they had to see the chicken. I did . I wanted a refund. I was told KFC do not do refunds. I had to get my order all over. I refused, I left my name for anyone to get it. I have had the worst service at KFC in Crestwood. If you don't like your job. Find something else. P.S. "Had been craving a good chicken sandwich for weeks. Finally gave in, and made the drive … it’s a ways from my neighborhood. Was greeted by a very nice and friendly young man at the drive thru. My chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets were well prepared and carefully packaged. What a great take out treat! I’ll be back. Very happy with this KFC."
