"Update: Since my initial encounter, I have not experienced any difficulties. The food has been what I expect from Jimmy John’s. My recent experiences have been good (not great) overall and convenient when I need a quick lunch. I ate here on Jan 8 because I wanted something quick before the national champ game. I ordered a country club with all the freebees except sprouts and cucumbers. The cashier rang up all freebees, add sprouts, add cucumbers. Instead of remaking the sandwich, my toppings were scraped into the garbage and more toppings were placed on top. There were still some reminence of sprouts on the sandwich. Long story short, I got food poisoning from the sandwich. Jimmy johns has now suspended sprouts from the menu temporarily due to salmonella. I feel like this could have been avoided had they discarded the sandwich that was made in error and made me a new one. (I have not been back)"

"Ordered a veggie sub and they left off the tomatoes. The sandwich was literally bread, cheese, and skimpy lettuce. Who wants to eat that?? Whoever made this should have reviewed it before serving it to someone. I picked it up to go and didn’t realize until I got home. It looks like Jimmy John’s corporate is simply trying to pass the buck to the franchise owner. Save it, I’ll spend my money elsewhere."

"You get more bread than meat here, and the bread is already thick so that doesn’t go well. Employee’s in the store we’re not very welcoming either. I’ll keep going to Jersey Mikes!"

"Consistent product, never a miss. Freaky fast at a great price point. 10/4/21 update. Not sure what has happened to this location but quality and consistency are gone. The latest order included a request for extra Turkey, lettuce and onions. It contained none of those. I was charged or course. When you point this out to Jimmy John’s corporate, the response is, “thanks, we will let the store know”. Apparently, this means absolutely nothing and there’s no interest in actually correcting. If a company is not even willing to make things right, move on. That tells you all you need to know."

"Past two times we have been to this location. There is only one person in the store working making sandwiches. The rest are out delivering. It seems that they should always make sure the store is staffed with more than one person. We ordered online in the car parking lot and it took 25 minutes to get food. You call that freaky fast.... look at the order time then compare to the actual time on phone. Poor management."
