"Im literally still standing in line, with 4 employees working, and 1 person in front of me! 35 minutes, and still going! Not 1 person, has spoke to me to even say whats going on. I get the customer has an issue, but another employee should be able to help me! This is absurd, at the very least! I'm pretty sure this is the manager standing here counting money, with 3 other cash registers not even being used! The worse customer service by far! I will never shop at this AE again! EVER! I would send u a pic, but Im not rude enough to call them out! Standing behind the counter playing on cell phones, or smacking a rubber bands on the hanger rack!"
"It’s was the best customer service I’ve ever had I swear I came in for a tee shirt and walked out with two new bucket hats a pair of shoes and some canvas bags I loved the way she just was so intuitive to my style never had such personal service love Raquel!!! And saved 20% with opening a new credit card love this place!!"
"I went in today to purchase some jeans. 3-5 pair since they had a sale on the jeans. After being in the store for a few minutes I had collected 4 pair. The 5th pair was on display and I was told not for sale but could be ordered. I know this I came in store to try on and possibly purchase without having to order. I WASTED TIME AND MONEY. Buyers beware. Just order online. The store personnel are not there to assist nor sell"
