"The iced coffee at Burger King tastes 100% better than McDonald’s coffee. The bacon egg & cheese croissants were good, but not as filling as a biscuit sandwich. Food was great, attitude from the drive-thru staff is awful. I worked at Burger King for three years myself, it was one of my first jobs, & for less money, I never treated customers as rudely as I was treated."

"Edit sad face. This used to be a Good Burger King but I guess they went downhill. Food is burnt I feel like the Wild n out cast went in on my sandwich before it came out. Thats how Krispy it was. Now I've been to this Burger King several times and never had nothing this disgusting I'm guessing they do this because I'm a Uber order and they can give me anything without any recourse this meal was prepared at 10:00 a.m. December 26. Hopefully the manager won't let food go out like this again One of the best Burger King I have ever been to, they are killing McDonald's and every other fast food restaurant in Mobile. Kim's and Monica's customer service is awesome."

"Ordered in drive thru and had a HORRIBLE experience. Female working DT had the NASTIEST attitude. Was asking for receipt as she closed the window as if not hearing me. Although the food was fresh, the drive thru worker made for not a good meal this time"

"If I could give them no stars i would the manager on duty as of 6/9/23 She is rude and not appreciative of her job. I called with a concern that my food has been incorrect for the past three days that I have visited this location. The manager would not give me any information as far as to what her name was or try to rectify the situation. after asking for her name, she would not give me that information and told me that she will not be dealing with my issues that if I wanted my issues to be dealt with I can call the manager which is the general manager and she works from 8 to 5? When I asked for the general manager name the manager on duty, then proceeded to hang up in my face and tell me to call back tomorrow that she Can get any food, and she will not be refunding any money for the wrong food that was given to me. I am very unsatisfied with this location and will not recommend this location to anyone. I do feel that this location needs to be closed down or rehired with new staff because management is horrible. Will not recommend to anyone. Oh yeah, and by the way, I’ve been in a hospital bed for a week wanting good Burger King food have tried several times this week and still get the same results. Nothing good."
