"I work delivery and they have very poor service. The stalls don't work which makes wait in line to do one order at a time they take about ten mins before taking the next cars order as if they wait until after they finish cooking the car in fronts order. It takes about 20mins to an hour average to get one order with only 3 cars at the restaurant. Then they constantly forget items."
"If you get a hot dog from this store , there's almost a 90% chance that it will be burnt from sitting so long prior to assembly. They asked me to wait 5 minutes in drive through, and I thought they were being courteous and making me new dogs, there was no line and only two cars in the stalls, with no new order behind me. Burnt hotdogs just poking out from the side. Every single time here so far (4 visits), you cannot allow yourself to serve that to someone at your establishment, it looks so disgusting when unwrapped. You'd be surprised how many people would be happy to hear that they have to wait for fresh food. Don't try and be too speedy. Ask people to wait until you get it right. Throw away old food and restock regularly for customers' sake"
"Customer service top tier young man at the window showed me and my kids what respect and great service look like. In a world were people are rude and very nasty daily he chose different and for that im grateful that he waited on us. Made my day.. And the food was hot and good.."
