"We had an awful experience with one of their male workers the morning of 12/24/22. He was rude and unprofessional. We won't visit this store again. We stopped by to see if they had any electric heaters. Due to the weather, they were sold out. No big deal, kind of expected, but worth checking anyway. Instead of just saying no and letting my husband continue on his way, one male worker verbally berated him for asking. The worker sarcastically asked why we were looking now after 3 days of cold weather. Why is that even his business and what does he care? Customers shouldn't be put down for simply asking a question."
