"Just left there! Feathers still on the wings but almost the manager had the most nastiest attitude! We paid $30 for awful food and bad customer service! We were told that they were not going to put thighs in our food. The wings were too small to even fly with feathers and on top of that the manager Justice hung up in my face. I tried calling back a few times to voice my complaint she took the phone off the hook! Just nasty !!"
"Normally they’re not that bad but this particular time something was definitely off. Lines inside and outside were long and the staff getting frustrated and getting nasty attitudes out which we customers didn’t need and food was not accurate. Please help manage to get this issue resolved and turned around"

"Pulled up thru drive thru and literally waited 12 minutes before i pulled off and went inside ,asked if drive tru working and they gave me nasty attitude..Food over cooked mac & cheese soggy really nasty smh wont see me here again.."
"If your reading this post I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 star.. I went back the next day when the store opened and spoke with a manager and she corrected my issue from the day before.. Thank you so much to her.. Service was Good. SO I thought until I got home. And opened my order.. I paid almost $18.00 for everything to be half full or less then half full.. I requested 2 Breast and paid extra and got 2 thighs.. Fries were old and burnt and I was so mad I just threw away the Okra before I could take a picture.. Half empty and burnt as well.. Super disappointed and upset that I wasted my money and time.. I would give zero stars if I could.."
