"Order online to pickup but have to wait in line for over 25 minutes due after ready due to 3 cars that did a normal drive-thru order. Then food is cold when I get it, if you have an on line order custom pickup then have the drive through custom pull up while it is be prepared and take it to them when done like most businesses do."
"First time at the new location. Burger was actually pretty warm, which was nice since I actually stopped eating at the chain due to cold patties. The burger was made well and had a good taste. I was surprised at how thin the patty is, so I'll try a double next time. There was only one register working, and the line got backed up a little, so they were working getting another register going. It's always nice to have another burger place in town, so I'd recommend a visit. Hopefully, they keep up the quality and don't fall into the same pattern of the other Whataburgers I've reviewed with really my only complaint being cold burgers."
"Don’t trust this Whataburger. 2nd time I’ve been since opening so I’d hoped they’d worked their kinks out. They have not. 5:00 and they’ve had all afternoon to clean but every table was filthy. Floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in a month and the few workers they have are loud and goofing off in the kitchen. Food took 20 minutes to come out and was room temp. Burger was burnt and dried out. More accurately could be described was Whatabeefjerky sandwich special. Just stay away. This is a roadside tourist trap of a Whataburger location."
"Just awful. There was one car in front of me to order. After I ordered, there were 3 cars in front of me. 37 minutes after I got in line, I had my food. My incorrect order, pitiful burger (which was as thin as a piece of deli ham) and cold fries. One combo and one kids meal and $18. I wouldn't leave a bad review if this was our first visit, everyone has an off day. But, this is my 3rd time there and I've never been in the drive-thru less than 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. We will never be going back. Keep running it this way and it will be yet another Prattville fast food restaurant to go out of business. Y'all have to fix this."
