"So a little update, it seems that BBB has gone the way of Cardone and it is now very hit and miss whether you get a good reman or not. Sad because they were setting some pretty good standards, but now its just garbage so if you find Cardone cheaper might as well go for it because the odds are even at this point that you'll be bringing it back. Some of the best Reman Parts Available! We've had almost 0 comebacks compared to the other big reman supplier, which averaged almost a 90% comeback rate!! Well worth your time to search this manufacturer out because Cardone will leave you stranded in my opinion."
"Installed 3 bad turbos in a row!!!! Each one lasting no more than a few weeks. Gave up and went OEM. Massive amount of time was wasted!!! JUNK please stay away from this company!!!!"
"This is Oreilly's main gearbox remanufacturer on GMC pickups. Their steering gear boxes are absolutely terrible. One of my techs is on his 4th gearbox. The last one blew a seal because of excessive rocker shaft play and put him into a culvert. This caused quite a bit of damage to his truck. They inspected the gear box and said everything was up to factory specification (must have inspected the wrong gear box). They didn't cover any damage to his truck. The current gear box has excessive rocker shaft play as well. He is planning on buying the New steering gear from a different manufacturer. Would recommend avoiding at all costs!!!"
"Can't access wiring diagrams,tab information or anything. I fill in my information and wait and wait for a response. Nothing at all no response or anything. I have called twice and was told the problem has been resolved. Last week I was watching a video on YouTube and the guy who posted the video was using wiring diagrams from your site. Don't understand what the problem is."
