"If your in Birmingham go to any other location except this one! I delivered my baby and this was the only place open. I showed up 30 minutes before closing which I understand is frustrating but I JUST HAD A BABY. I had not eaten since 7am. They messed up every single part of the order and gave us the wrong sauce. They had a horrible attitude and didn’t put any cheese on our grilled cheese burritos which I’m sure was done out of spite. I’m so tired of the nasty attitude bc I needed you to do your job. I was extremely polite bc I understand how frustrating it can be when someone shows up before closing but it wasn’t like 5mins before closing. It was 30 MINUTES!! Screw this location"

"Today isFeb 17th at 2:59 in the morning,I drive for Uber,even tho they close at 3,they should have still made that prepaid order.I got to the window,and they didn't even have the food made,and I know they had that order came in prior to me coming,so it's no excuse why the order was not mad,and the guy in the window thought it was funny,not funny at all"
"Went after a 12 hr shift to get some food on my way home. Pulled in and was the second car in the drive through. I order my food and go through the line. Didn’t check my food as I was in a rush and didn’t find out till I got home they had given me and entirely different order of stuff I don’t eat. So I decide I’mma go and get my food that I originally ordered. Show up and again the guy working the drive through just says “hey”. I say hey and then after an awkward silence he ask me what I want. I tell him what happened and he gets me my food I had originally ordered. Which I was thankful for. Then I drive home and when I get home and open my bag I find everything I had asked them not to put on my food was still there. So I guess it’s on me for not hand checking my order either time. Because I am not going back a 3rd time for another 25 minute drive."
"Had to stop and get a quick bite and was glad i did, food was good as usual and the staff was really nice. The place was clean and the restrooms were clean as well. One of the best taco bells I've been to in awhile."
