"I brought in 2 pair of ladies pants to have hemmed. I'm 5'1 and had enough hem for a 6 ft person. When I returned to retrieve my pants they were too short. Dj asked me to leave them I came back 4 days later, they were still too short. Now it nothing I can do with the pants because, it's not enough hem now to let out. My 10 year old Granddaughter couldn't wear them. I have tried several times to resolve this problem, to no avail. I guess I will sue him for 2 pair of pants and my 55.00 for alterations. and more."

"It wasn't crowded but it was only 1 person in the store trying to wait on multiple people. My husband had to get some pants hemmed, that he bought from there. After putting them on, we waited almost 30 mins before the Salesperson came and took the necessary measurements, so we could leave the pants with him. To the Supervisor/Manager, 1 person can't run a whole store by themselves. That poor Young Man needs a raise for handling all that."
