"My food tonight was terrible. I went after 9oclock. I ordered 1 chicken finger plate and they pulled me down for 20 minutes to wait for it. When I pulled up there was only 1 car in the drive thru line and they were pulled down ahead of me. So Im not sure why it took so long. After waiting I got my food and headed home. Once I got home I tasted the food and literally spit it out. Its like they used old grease or burnt grease or both. The chicken tenders tasted refried and gross. The fries were hard and over salted. And both the fingers and fries had the same old/burnt grease after taste. The best thing about the meal was my mellow yellow when was gone quite faste due to the amount of ice they used. I was too tired to go back or call but I think someone should look into this night shift. This location is normally good, fresh, and fast. They definetly dropped the ball tonight."
"The food is usually pretty good and it’s really the best option we have in Pinson. Tonight the food was ok, I made a online order and went through drive-thru to pick it up. It’s was busy but they got us through pretty fast and the customer service was decent. My only complaint this time is the fries."
"Our breakfast experience was excellent! The food was delicious and hot. Customer service was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'm getting older, so it takes me a little while to decide. Our cashier was so sweet and patient. We'll certainly return. Great experience. Way to go, Jack's!"
"I go there for breakfast almost every morning and it never fails I get a hard biscuit burnt look like it's been there sitting every since 5am or something but most days it comes fresh I would definitely check my bag before driving pff because they always forget something then u have to drive all the way back to the store for a correction smh"
"This restaurant is delicious! That's what we've come to expect from Jack's family restaurant though. I got a chicken biscuit and hash brown, which was cooked to perfection. The hash browns were fresh and crispy, the chicken was tender and juicy, and my biscuit was buttery and soft. Their service was extremely fast, and accurate. The lady who serve me my food welcomed me with a comforting Southern greeting that reminded me of my favorite aunt."
