Little Caesars Pizza

"Worse customer service I have ever received. Take your money to another company. I went in to order a pizza and the lady at the counter told me they where not taking card and you had to have exact change. Third time this has happened. Clearly a sign of laziness."

"Worse Little Caesars ever. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads on the app at 6:11. Order was estimated to be ready between 6:47 and 6:53. Several people came in and ordered in the store and received their order almost immediately. Our order was not received until 7:31. Do not waste your time here."

"Hey listen up, I been going there for a longtime. I have no problems whatsoever with the GM also the customer representatives. Their pizzas are very much tasty and delicious, I can't compare this pizza with any where else because it's the best. So no matter what, I just can't stop going this location little ceasers."

"I'm not a little caesars fan. But my trip there today made me realize why I don't care for it. There was 2 workers that I came in contact with 2 black ladies one had blonde hair and was just as sweet as she could be. And just my opinion shouldn't be working there because she carried herself very well. Very professional business-minded she should be the manager if she's not. But that other that one who was working with her rude and very loud. And really shouldn't be working where she have to deal with people. When you're just rude for no reason. Her attitude is the reason people talk so down on the place."

"The employees care nothing about their job or the customers. They continuously make the wrong orders and send them out without checking and when asked to make it right they have no remorse and you are just met with attitude. Very rude, unprofessional, they cut up with other employees in the back and when they need to come do their job and interact with customers in the front of the store they give off a nasty attitude as if they're being majorly inconvenienced. This has been my experience the last 3 times I have been here. Absolutely atrocious and the general manager should be ashamed. After receiving the wrong order, and driving back to the store they continued to make the correct order, the lady who pulled the pizza out of the oven squirted the butter around the pizza 2 times completely drenching it in grease. There was so much grease it was leaking all out of the box in my wife's lap ruining her shirt and soaking through her pants. If you try to call the store you get a foreign call center who can't give you any information about the store. I tried calling 4 times to speak with the general manager with no avail. When they try to transfer you to the store phone no one picks up. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. If you're the general manager and you are reading this review, shame on you and shame on your store. Absolutely ridiculous."
