"I did not check the food bag to make sure the order was complete, until I got home. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS for my order not to be correct after the money I spent!!!!! Of course nobody answered the phone when I callled. DO BETTER McDonald's-Pinson."
"They have accidentally given me the wrong size fries and left out the figure in a Kerwin Box. Both times I called and was told that I could come back in and they would make it right. Both times I went in the next day and had absolutely no problems getting those items replaced. Sometimes the general staff can be a little unfriendly, but I have never had a problem with the managers or shift leaders."
"Absolutely horrible service and this comes from the service I couldn’t get for yesterday and today. Yesterday I sat at the speaker while no other customers were present. No one answered but when I drove around to go somewhere else a worker was hanging out the drive thru window just relaxing. This was around 4:30pm. Today I went to the drive thru and asked for a cookie tote since they had signs for no ice cream (that’s not new). The girl said “We don’t have cookies”. I then asked what do they have and she replied “nothing”. There was a time McDonald’s use to train their employees. Now they’re just hiring whoever applies. I’m so over Ghetto McDonald’s!"
"I went to get breakfast for the family on Saturday. They got my order wrong in the drive thru. I went inside to get it fixed. They did fox it for me, but the food was horrible. Sweet tea tasted bad so I looked in the cup, and it was nothing but sweetened water. Hash browns were completely saturated in grease to the point that I couldn't remove them from the wrappers."
