"Had a brisket sandwich, it was decent, pretty tender, and I like their BBQ sauce. It wasn't very smokey at all. I love brisket and might've been spoiled in Texas. Nice location right by the creek, and friendly service."

"Fat Boy's was named one of the 50 best barbecue restaurants in Alabama so I gave it a try. I enjoyed my meal as the barbecue was moist with a good texture. They have a great sauce that is made with a unique acid...pineapple juice. It's sweet but not too sweet. The baked beans and onion rings were good and they have self-serve Coke products, which I love! They also serve these fun little hand pies, which are the perfect finish for lunch. I initially didn't order one, then I saw two blackberry pies delivered to the table beside me. They got their hooks in me and I'm glad they did."

"Our first visit here was great. We felt very welcome and comfortable. We ordered the combination platter for the two of us at lunch. The BBQ was delicious and the price was very reasonable for what we were given. The potato salad and Cole Slaw reminded us of what our Moms used to make. We had enough left over to have another meal for our dinner tonight. It's no surprise why everyone here in Prattville loves Fat Boy's BBQ."
