"Love it, the service was excellent, the guy taking our order was courteous and helpful. Didn't wait up to 5min. They are so fast."
"We were at the Prattville Al Cobbs Ford rd location. When i received my order, i asked the person did she check the order? Her reply was that everything was in the bag. Once at the table, i noticed the cookie was missing. How they dealt with this could have been better. By the time management came to the table e plaining and offering a cookie voucher my waffles were cold. She didn't ask, if i wanted replacement. Once we left, i tried their cookie. It was DRY/HORRIBLE. It's not worth the price/effort to ever buy it again. Beyond that, the small piece i ate tasted like nasty. I trashed it because I refused to give it to my dog."

"Having to change my review away from 5*. A couple years ago it was always great. Recently it just has not been as good. Ordered 2 regular meals and 2 kids meals. They forgot the drink to one kids meals, forgot toys for both kids meals, and gave us absolutely no sauce. What's happened to this one? Explains why the other Chick Fil A has long lines whereas this one we had only 1 person ahead of us."
