"This is ridiculous. The original glaze are a tad bigger than their mini glaze donuts. I’m not sure if this is a lack of training from management or they are trying to save money. When asked, they act as if this is normal. People if you are close to the Montgomery location. Get your donuts there. These small donuts are a total ripoff."
"Absolutely the worst KK experience. My filled doughnuts were empty, my glazed doughnuts were tiny....and no response to my request for follow up from management. Never again."
"Went through the drive thru and ordered. Pulled up to the window to pay and waited too long. The employee was talking to another employee while I waited. Eventually, someone came to the window, and I paid. I received my order and heard a clunk in the box. Donuts were hard. Hot light was not on... donuts were not soft or fresh. It's disappointing for sure."
"Donuts were great but the drive thru staff would not speak up so we could hear her at the window. We had to repeat our order multiple times before we felt comfortable with her getting it correct. Sure enough we paid for more than we received. Some donuts were missing. Food is always great but staff was disappointing this visit"
"So idk what Krispy Kreme got going on.. but they are definitely not what they used to be. Service literally was so fast & the young lady at the window was so sweet & did great. I just think the quality of the food has declined very much. I will have to go back to be certain. Just my opinion!"
