"If I could give 0 I would I’m doing DoorDash and the lobby is closed at 7p??? There are at least 7-8 in here why is that not enough! I worked fast food. I’m so sick of these lazy Alabama fast food workers!!! Then I try and get the food the man I was talking to at the door LEFT ME STANDING THERE WITHOUT COMING TO TELL ME I WOULD NEED TO JUST GET IN LINE MAKING ME LATE FOR MY DELIVERIES!!!!"
"Very unfortunate experience at this location. The employees would benefit from better training on customer service. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming, and after I asked for an adjustment on my order, it seemed to be an inconvenience to them. Overall, this location is in need of a serious overhaul in trained and experienced employees. Staff seemed younger , less experienced, and the manager was nowhere in site when I requested for her . Will not be returning to this location again for service ."
"A very new looking Wendy’s. I come here probably once every week and the staff here is usually very nice to me. Sometimes I have been pulled up, but it’s worth it because the food is always very fresh! It’s nicer then the other Wendy’s by the interstate and it is more local. Definitely recommend! Overall, very nice place to get some fast food!"
