We received our food but had to ask 3 different times, and they asked up again 4 different time what it was that we're missing. I actually walked away before they started making our food. "I stop here some mornings when getting off work for breakfast. My food is always hot and done. And the drive-thru customer service is exceptional. Customer service takes a lot of patience and dealing with different personalities/attitudes. But they are always warming...every. morning.i. stop."
"I used the drive-through, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. ;) This is McDonald's. It is practically an American icon. Most of us know the menu by heart. The food is always good. Made consistently the same way every time. The drive-through was relalitivly quick despite the long line. On a side note- my son visited 2 McDonald's in Sofia, Bulgaria. He said they had the same menu."
