"This is one of the best McDonald's in the area. It's a at the intersection of Valleydale and Caldwell Mill Roads. My quarter pounder deluxe was great. The fries were hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff was professional and courteous. I was very pleased."
"Instead of actually telling customers the second lane isn't open this location allows a line to form with no sign no lane closure, no indication it's not open. After the other lane took 5 customers with nobody even bothering to tell anybody the lane is closed I pull up and I'm told I had to go wait back in line after waiting. Staff was not helpful."
"Just got 2 dry, cold cheeseburgers with tough bread and an order of cold fries in the drive thru. The service was VERY good. They gave me no receipt. My order went into the trash wen I got back to work."
"This place goes up and down. Now is a down time. I ordered 4 Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits, and the bacon was barely cooked all the way. Bits of chewy fat on it. The biscuits were also dry, and white. The best biscuits here are dark brown and crunchy. It got way better when I cooked it in my oven. I gotta try to not come back for a while, and make my own biscuits at home."
