"They refused to take my order at the counter..just pointed at the kiosk. I ordered . the kiosk and asked how I might pay with cash. They said firmly," you pay with a card. " I didn't have anything but cash. I left."
"I went here today to get an ice cream and a small coffee. When I got inside there was an employee laying on one of the benches in dining area. I was informed no ice cream and no coffee but I could get a milkshake and they would make coffee. The person waiting on me was on speaker phone the entire time talking to someone obviously a personal call then the next thing you know she was in an argument with another employee yelling and screaming and cussing and up in the other employees face. Customers and call in orders started coming inside looking for their food, drive through employee was yelling at this time I am only one person. The confrontation became louder and louder 20 minutes go by still no coffee. Customers start leaving then 2 Vestavia Police officers came to the disturbance. One of the two employees was sitting in dining area at this time. This place was very scary yelling and cussing employees what a disgrace to the company. Wish I had owner or franchise’s phone number."
"They handle this business location very unprofessional. It's hit or miss. Customer service was zero this day.... visited on 01/06/24 at 7:22 pm ...I would have given a survey but the receipt didn't print well... half ink on it. The person taking the order got smart with me, It's sad you can't have great customer service as much. People don't know how to be kind."
"Waited in drive thru over 15min and no one ever even took my order. I watched 5 other people behind me leave because of zero service. They constantly take more than 15-20min to get one person thru the drive thru."
"We couldn't even order our food. We waited 5 minutes at the menu board after the lady took the order in front of us. She said hold on one minute and never came back. All the cars including us never got service. We left with our family of 6, empty handed. It would have been about $70.00 worth of food that we would have ordered. This McDonald's is by far the worst service we have ever receive because we were ghosted! Never coming back."
