"I ran into Talbot's in a craze trying to find clothes for my Father-in-law's funeral which was going to be in the rain. I was exhausted and emotional. Greta Sharp helped me to pick out these very comfortable and cute clothes that I can still use. She even sent me a sympathy card. "I’ve shopped this store for a few years now. However, my experience with this store has been mostly unpleasant. The associates, with the exception of a couple, are rude & condescending. I continued to shop at Talbots but did so online because I liked the clothing selection & size options. I then utilized this store mostly for returns & exchanges. Finally, after my most recent experience yesterday, it’s abundantly clear, they simply would rather not be bothered with customer service. I can think of other ways to spend my money like at a store that values my business. Finally, so over Talbots."
"Went to return an online purchase, was so easy. These ladies are very friendly, helpful but not pushy. I bought a cotton blouse, Talbots is the ONLY place I can find cotton quality blouses. I do not mind paying more because with a little care these blouses and tops last me thru more than one season. Plus I always feel I look appropriate for my 60 plus age."
"They were very nice, polite and helpful. Had a return from an online order and the employee made sure I was treated fairly and helped me order the correct size. The inside of the store was very clean and well layer out, very inviting. They showed some products I would have never looked at myself and ended up purchasing! Defiantly worth the visit."
