"Management and maintenance team always go above and beyond! I'm a single mom with a tight budget! Management is very caring and understanding. Today I had a flat tire on my car and was struggling to get it inflated enough to make it to the shop for a new tire. Maintenance was driving by and saw my struggle. Without hesitation, they ran and got a compressor and a jack to help get me on my way! This team of people definitely go above and beyond to make sure residents are ok!! Great job guys!"

"Yankee Springs Meadows has been a great community to reside in as we've lived here 22 years. Management comes and goes, Some good and bad. To date, we've only had two problems with people in our entire stay in this community. One with a potty mouthed woman at my door. And one who continues to badger us about plywood sheets behind our garage and our very well behaved and small dog. However she has never come to speak to us about these matters. Karen's are everywhere. So, recapping this review, this is a very nice and friendly place to live and raise your family. P.S. Kudos to the maintenance staff. They are friendly, professional and very good at their jobs..."

"The rules they have are insane i cant use a pool for my dog to cool off in, or they will kick us out of the park. Meanwhile you cant or shouldnt drink the poison water. Every year the lot rent goes up and they do less and less. Ever since Yes community took over its gone to hell, kids everywhere running rampant, can't have people park on the side of the road to build a deck but they can practically close a whole road down for the same thing. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"During the time my family and I lived in this community (almost 5 yrs) we had so many bad experiences. Most of them would have been a minor inconvenience were it not for the way management handles issues. We had frequent issues with Dawn and if you disagreed with her, she would threaten to call the cops. Many of the children act like little thugs and walk around destroyingthings and stealing. When we first moved in it wasn't so bad. But honestly, Dawn stopped responding to messages and emails as soon as we submitted our application and we should have seen the red flags. We had to go through the assistant manager to get responses. Then our home was not ready when we were told it would be. Our a/c frequently didn't work and every summer a tech had to come out at least once. Also- the pool and splash pad were much less useful than we thought due to the lack of parental supervision. There is no clubhouse which is a drawback when comparing to other similar communities. And about 1/3 of the time we lived there, we had boil water advisories for the terrible water. We couldn't even drink it due to it coming out brown and nasty. I wouldn't recommend living in this park of you can avoid it."
