"No way anyone giving 5 stars has lived here. There is NO management or maintenance, yet I receive an email every week asking me to refer friends and family. They won't even visit us here! Sewage pumps into our yard most of the year, we boil water every other month, street light wiring was torn up by "maintenance" or some guy on their Bobcat two years ago and still not fixed.. but lot rent has gone up twice in the two years we've lived here. Wasn't going to review, but our road has 6"+ of snow and "maintenance is sick" so it isn't going to get plowed. Again. Go wildcats Update: or water has been of all night and it's -4 outside. There is no maintenance or emergency contact for this community. Whoever is replying to these reviews, please leave your phone number. We need to talk"

"Vary quite and laid back place to live. Surrounded by the woods makes it have that peaceful nature feel to it."

"I lived in Rabbit River Estates for 5 years. They constantly had boiling our water advisories, it smells like sewage all year round and their lift stations are always full and flood the yards with sewage. Management at the time was non-existent and maintenance on the roads to fix potholes or plowing was not great. Also, there is only one entrance in and out and the bridge over Rabbit River is not intended for 2 vehicles at once. They've moved newer trailers in now between super old ones and charge people an astronomical amount to live there. Not worth it people. Not to mention the water in there will mess up your water heater."

"Not a bad little mobile home park minus the lack of management or communication about there not being management or maintenance for a couple of months. Hopefully the newest people are better at keeping residents informed. So far, So good."
