The work was completed in a timely fashion, and my entire camper was inspected for no extra charge. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with the service department at General RV. "We purchased a brand new RV in October 2022. We have had nothing but trouble with it. It has been in the shop for repairs more than it has been in our driveway. The dealership and Thor the manufacturer have not made things right with us. We spent more than 100k for the RV and we are very disappointed with it and the people at General RV and Thor. We want them to take the RV back and refund our money. Different repairs techs said that things were installed without the quality and rushed to get the RV out for purchase. Legal action seems to be the only remedy at this point. We feel that we have been taken by the dealership and the manufacturer."

"Hello, I had an amazing experience with General RV, My tow vehicle was delayed in delivery and didn’t arrive till a few days before my vacation started, I called Jeff at the Wayland General RV Michigan Store and explained to him my situation, he was able to get me an appointment that day! He adding a new hitch, replaced outdated tires, new brakes (one was destroyed and I didn’t know it) greased the wheel bearings and added a new Power tongue jack, Here’s the best part, Jeff got me out in 3 hours!!!
