"I was shopping with my sister for replacement chains for a couple of pendants. The woman at the counter was so nice, helpful, and patient with us while we tried different ones to make sure they were the right size and design for the pendants. I asked for her name so I could give this review. She didn’t act like it was too much trouble or do the rude thing a bit lot of employees do now a days which is gossip to other employees instead of tending to customers. Her name was Joaneshly and she was wonderful and needs recognition for her professionalism."
"This place is fantastic, I have always been a fan because JC Penny’s sells great product at a great price. I walked in and everything was neat and organized as if they had just opened and not actually 3 pm. There was a great selection at low prices, I was able to find everything I was looking for and more. The associates were beyond helpful in finding what I was looking for and they were very polite and not pushy. This location is thirty five miles from my home but we’ll worth the drive."
"It’s a nice place to shop. They have a good variety of merchandise at a good price. I’ve shopped in there for years what can I care to remember. The styles are always up-to-date the store is always clean. The only problem is that sometimes it’s difficult to find someone to help you they could use a few more employees to work the floor."
