Panera Bread

"service here was... mediocre at best. a few items from my order was missing and the employees were snarky. for my first experience at a Panera, this was absolutely disappointing. won't come again."

"Ehhh it’s a Panera. Service is decent, not exceptional or anything to write home about. The food is good. Atmosphere ehhh typical deli/quick order. Expensive for what it is. But we go there on occasion for something different. Wide variety of menu items. I like the turkey chili and salads. My husband likes the flat bread pizzas and some of their sandwiches are yummy. I enjoy the flavored teas."

"Food was not quite up to my Panera expectations or previous experiences. It's one of my favorite places normally, but today was different. Dirty floors and tables, and trash was left in random spots. Some of the drinks were empty and some essential items were out of stock. The two employees we dealt with were really nice, but the whole restaurant heard a guy in a backwards hat and hoodie (I guess a supervisor from his attitude?) yell at an employee to go home. He had just been hanging out casually, and I saw him playing with his hair then not washing his hands before going back to work. The bread was mushy, almost like Subway bread - I love the normally crispy quality I always get from Panera. It's like they were about to close from the way the other employees were acting and the low stock. My sandwich was great, but the soup was substandard. They also mixed up our sandwiches with the soups we got. I will say that Samantha, the Assistant GM, addressed my concerns in a most professional and kind manner, and is the only reason I will give this location another chance."

"Food wasn't as expected. Still hot and great flavor. Atmosphere and cleanliness is well below acceptable for Panera's standards. Several employees just hanging out. Dirty tables, overflowing trash bins, much trash debris decorating the floor. Wow, won't be coming back to this location."

"We like their food and we’ve been going there for quite some time. Today we got sandwiches and soup and not only they forgot a bag of chips but my sandwich only had enough meat to cover half of the sandwich. I’ll think twice about going back to this location from now on. It was order # 552536554 Repost on 03/12/2022 My wife and son ordered for me and the same thing happened again. There’s hardly any meat that covers the surface of bread. I guess it’s my fault now that I keep on going back to this place. That’s true the last time I go to this place."
