"One of the worst retail experiences I have ever had in my life. The store manager and assistant manager clearly don't know how to handle In store order that can't be fulfilled even when the policy is clearly written on the reciept l. Not one time did either try to find a solution. Had to contact customer service so they could tell the store to follow policy"
