"Consistently slow. Horrid wait times in both the drive thru and dine in options. The employees have no problem displaying their lack of care for even the most basic aspects of their jobs. Even had an incident wherein I had put in an order and after being told my purchase total, I requested a receipt and magically my total was $3 less than what I was originally told. Hideous. Manager needs a demotion."
"Since they closing Wendy’s down in Mobile they need to close this one too. Beyond rude , inconsiderate, and definitely inconsistent with night shift. If I ask for something the way I ordered it why would you argue with me about a different size from what I ordered, didn’t greet us at the window we waited for a good min they beyond slow at least night shift is nicer"
"I give this place too many tries that is in the heart of Schillingers Road should do enough business that there's no reason for that sorry lack of care going on for this place! Given this place too many chances this morning I got three biscuits two out of three of them I'm still cold luke warm at best cheese isn't even melted they couldn't even put it in the microwave that's too much an effort to for them highly disappointed in this place wouldn't go back."
"I had a huge order(it took three people to carry everything) and I used the mobile app to place the order. By the time I got to the restaurant from my house(roughly a five minute drive), the order was nearly ready for me to pick it up and go, bonus points for total accuracy, pleasant employees, good service and definitely for speed. Thank y'all for making this busy Mama's evening easier while I was driving my kids between their extracurricular activities tonight. To the three girls working behind the counter and the drive thru tonight, y'all are awesome and I most definitely appreciate you guys"
"The staff waited to tell me and another customer that they not taking “inside orders” after we waited “IN LINE” for 10 minutes. Please close this Wendy’s down. The service puts a really bad name for the company and I’m not longer asl Customer. And I will never be one again"
