"The last review someone left about the service and atmosphere is accurate. Save for a few staff members who are kind, I feel like the staff is going to make fun of me when I leave. The food and coffee is excellent, but increasingly the experience of ordering has become a nightmare here. This used to be such a fun place to hang out. Now, you are forced to awkwardly stand around the counter or between racks of t-shirts for your order and I couldn't even hear over the loud music if my order was done. It was extremely chaotic when it was busy and waiting around is uncomfortable and inconvenient. The fact that y'all haven't added seating back is telling. There is no interest is fostering a community or a space where people can gather. It's obvious y'all just care about getting people in and out to make more money. I'm sorry but I am extremely disappointed with what Coffee Loft has become."

"The food and coffee is super good and has always been quality but the service has gone severely down hill the past few years. I used to come when I was in high school and always had positive experiences but now I have a good experience maybe once out of every five times I go. The staff always makes me feel like an inconvenience and acts annoyed if I can’t hear them, take more than two seconds to order or anything of that sort. I brought all of my friends here on break and they were super disappointed. I hope things get better because I would love to have the pre-COVID happy atmosphere of coffee loft back!"

"I get coffee here at least a few times a week. It's a nice little spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee before you have to start your day. I definitely recommend trying this place if you like to drink coffee."

"Cool hole the wall place. Been here twice, my wife loves their specialty coffee like the ghost buster ect .. I'm not a coffee drinker but I do like the Pina colada soda. Wife got some egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich and she was raving about it. I like these mom and pop local joints, they are much needed when you have nothing but big business Walmarts ect... Trying to run the world. Plus where else can you go and see a iron butterfly inna-godda-da-vida album hanging on the wall at?"

"The ham, egg, and cheese bagel was phenomenal, the pumpkin spice chai had too much spice in it for me, I prefer a more subtle spice flavor, overall a nice a little place. There's some outdoor seating, and no seating inside, but there is some local art."
