"I have lunch here just about every two weeks. Food is delicious. Service is fantastic no matter how many people are there. Employees are helpful, friendly and move at a pace that would have you think your meal won’t take more than 10 minutes. There is no rush to move you out once you are served. Owner stops to check on you especially if you are a repeat customer. My go to restaurant if I am looking for great food and very reasonable service time."

"My boyfriend and I found this place for lunch. They're open from 11:00 till 2:30 in the afternoon serving lunch. Had a Blackboard full of good old Southern Comfort food. I ordered the hamburger steak with grilled onions mashed potatoes and Black Eyed Peas. It came with some Mexican cornbread but it was rather dry. We prefer ours a little moist and sweet. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pot pie which he said was excellent. As well as lima beans and black eyed peas for him too. These people were hustling. They were quick with drinks and food everything. And the restaurant was pretty full. Not a long wait though! We'll definitely be back!"
"Stopped in today for the first time and received a generous welcome from every one of the service team, including the owner. Place was packed, a strong indicator that the food must be good. I had the pork chop, mashed potatoes/gravy and turnip greens. My lunch partner had the field peas, butter beans, and squash casserole. Clearly the best southern cooking I have ever had at a restaurant. Service was top notch and friendly. We will be back and we will share our discovery with others."
