"Dear little ghetto goblin working in the drive thru…. Please find another job. I understood your parents didn’t raise you with respect but you do have responsibility of treating customers right. And dear management please start hiring better candidates. I understand that this may not be a dream job for you or your employees… but maybe that’s the problem. There’s no way a customer should be talked to like that for asking about the items on a menu. Do better or hire better…!"

"Restaurant lobby hours clearly posted closed at 10 pm. Walked into a opened lobby at 9:12 pm and rudely told that lobby was closed and the manager pointed toward the drive thru window and was told that I had to go to the drive thru. I told her that I didn't drive since I was at the hotel and she said I still had to walk to the drive thru window. I then jumped in line with cars ahead of me and behind me. When I got to the window, I had to tell the drive thru window order taker THREE times what I wanted to order. I paid for my order and then had to wait in line to get my food which was not what I ordered. By the time I got it the second time, I received two different sized drinks which were supposed to be the same size. When I got back to the hotel, one of my cheese dogs had had a half of a bun. I asked for the managers name and after asking twice, I was told her name was Angel. I did not receive an apology for being told that I had to walk through the drive thru. A driver that was behind me in line stated that the company made me look demeaning and embarrassing and that I could have easily been hit by a vehicle in the dark driveway due to being told to go thru the drive thru which was a 10 minute wait between two cars. This manager needs to be terminated and new rules set in place to keep the lobby open until posted closing hours and not to tell customers that they need to walk thru the drive thru. If I would have been struck by a vehicle, I would be suing this location for millions of dollars. Managers need to use common sense. I will no longer visit this restaurant nor will I recommend this restaurant to my guests and friends. This restaurant has many bad reviews and it's obvious that the General Managers and District Managers need to make major improvements to their business."

"Absolutely terrible. Way over priced. This is what you get for $26. 12 crystal burgers and 2 drinks was definitely not worth what I paid for it. Scratch another place to eat off the list I guess."

"people here were rude. i ordered 12 Krystal’s with junkyard fries. they told me to pull up so I could wait on my fries. Keep in mind i was the only one in the line. 10 minutes later they bring out my fries. when i get home i look and they are plane fries. took 10 minutes to bring out basic fries. they even said over the speaker “junkyard fries?” and i told them correct they just didn’t give it to me. let not even talk about their attitudes. I expect a refund for the fries."

"Worst Krystals in Mobile Al.! If I could, I'd give this place a negative rating! But had to give a one. When we arrived, both employees were on their phones sitting at a table. Store is filthy, missing floor tiles, dirty walls and windows, mold on ceiling, kitchen and cook surfaces a mess. Tea tasted old, tried fountain drinks, out of syrup. (Multiple flavors) I had wished we hadn't ordered our food. It was so bad we couldn't finish eating. I want to puke right now. A/C was not working either. For a fairly new store, this store looks like it is 50 yrs old. We won't be back. I'd advise you to go somewhere else also. Try the old Krystal at Skyline up the street. It's old but clean and got better food!"
