"Dave and busters. Well the games and claw machines are the best thing ever. Our family goes a lot. They have tickets for food or you can get prizes from the game room. The have half price Weds. Awesome. The food is alright. It's nothing to die for but it good. Bar is great. Drinks are always right and you can take it with as you play games WHAT!! LIKE YES."

"My Christmas visit to Dave and Buster's was marred by unexpectedly long wait times for the food service (again). Despite arriving at a reasonable time, we endured an astonishing two-hour wait for our order. This delay was particularly frustrating as we noticed many other guests who had arrived after us receiving their meals promptly. My wife, 12-year-old son, and 14-year-old daughter had opted for a simple and presumably quick-to-prepare choice: burgers. However, the wait time did not align with the simplicity of our order. As I compose this review, we still haven't received our food. Our requests for updates were met with vague responses from the waitress, who appeared unable to provide any definite answers or solutions. To make matters worse, after enduring over two hours of waiting, our waitress 'finally checked on our food' and discovered that the kitchen hadn't even received our order. We were frustrated, famished and wanted to leave the establishment at that point, but we were told we had to wait because we needed to pay for our drinks. The inefficiency and lack of communication severely dampened our festive spirits. Encountering such a low level of service at a well-known establishment like Dave and Buster's, especially on Christmas, was disheartening. I have always loved D&B's, but this location desperately needs an effective management team. On that evening, my wife and children went hungry from 6 pm, when we were ready to eat, until we finally got home and had a meal after 9 pm; mind you, we showed up hungry. We wasted nearly three hours without any interaction from a manager or supervisor. Making memories my children and I can share with our friends and colleagues."

"The Buster Bacon Burger is insanely good. Maurice took care of the excellent service. I originally sat at the bar and was not even acknowledged, thankfully a hostess found me a table pronto. Definitely order the mojito!"

"The service was extremely slow. I know that hiring restaurant employees is difficult these days but there were hardly any customers. It took a long time to get a drink and when I got my food, it was not what I ordered. My family said their food was not hot and the taste was just so-so! I will probably not go back. The only thing that saved this place was playing some arcade games."

"We took our oldest for his birthday while little brother was in the hospital. I ordered the fish and fries, she ordered the chicken tenders, and he ordered the cheeseburger. The fish was almost too greasy to eat and it was on top of the fries which made them soggy. Her chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, however, there was no flavor. The cheeseburger was just an average burger. The tarter sauce was great. The waiters were phenomenal and very prompt. We even had an issue loading the play card and they handeld it perfectly. I would recommend this place to go watch the game and have a beer and play some games, but I'd recommend eating before or afterwards."
