Moe's Southwest Grill

"Absolutely horrible experience receiving food via DoorDash. I ordered a bowl, side of queso, salsa and chips and a quesadilla, cup of queso and salsa and chips. I did not receive the side of queso or chips and salsa. I would think that each entree came with their own chips and salsa but maybe not. The bowl had more rice than the meat, and 7 veggies could even cover. I wish I had taken a picture. I literally ate rice. The grilled veggies that were added were raw and uncooked bell pepper strips and some unidentified chunks. They appeared to be the white inside of the bell pepper but once again, it was raw. It’s so sad that I spent so much money to only get half of what I ordered and the portion size is apparently a way to save on food cost on the “free toppings”. I will pass on visiting this location again. I’m sure they bank on traffic due to location but your main customer are the everyday worker, sales will reflect the lack of service soon."

"I just went and placed an order online to get dinner on my way home. Went in after the time it said it would be ready to just be told to go get at the back of the line and come through. Rudely I might add. That sort of beats the point of ordering online, paying online, TIPPING 20 percent online for them. Then getting home and I don't have the chips, I don't have the queso I ordered, I don't have the stack I ordered, nothing not one thing is correct about the order not one. I've taken pictures of my receipt and order and hope to be able to post them here. Worst experience I've had with any restaurant around here and I eat out a lot. Nothing was right and rude bad service on top of that. So if you like stuff like that this is your place. 22 dollars to get nothing you wanted nothing."

"I'm not one to typically leave bad reviews but this location is trash. I was disappointed last time and tried to give it another chance. I got a homewrecker bowl. It was pretty skimpy and I'm upset by the small amount of food I got for $15. Could have at least added more rice and lettuce to make it look like a full serving. Rice was however undercooked and slightly crunchy. And there was only like 4 pieces of wilted lettuce. AND I DIDN'T GET MY CHIPS AND SALSA Never again...."

"Service was absolutely unnecessarily awful!! A sign was posted for $7.99 Monday Burrito special. I told the girl I wanted to order the special. She replied she didn’t speak English. (????) I pointed to the sign prior to motioning for the other counter girl to help me explain. They both looked at each other as if neither spoke English. The manager finally came but she too was extremely rude . I will Never return. Worst service ever!! I also think I was over charged"

"I give this place one star because not only did I get attitude from the employees, so did this sweet little old man in line. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t even spoken to. Not even a smile. Either they are very unsatisfied with their job and pay, or they just aren’t decent employees. It’s called customer service for a reason. I really hope the employer has core values for them to follow by. Those are really important. At least clean and set up enough tables for your customers."
