"I have stopped here on the night shift around 9pm-12am on a weekly basis for over a month now. The food at this location is always excellent, no complaints there. But the woman in the drive thru window has never once given even half way decent customer service. She is rude, and gets angry if asked for anything like extra ketchup for example. She has a hateful attitude and makes me not want to spend my money here anymore. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!!"
"Had a Whopper and Fries. The Whopper was freshly made with fresh lettuce and condiments the fries were warm and crispy and also fresh. Customer service was outstanding and very pleasant. I went inside the location to get my order and the dining area was extremely clean. Parking is a little bit on the tight side at this location."
"I don't remember putting a application in to work there.....the kiosk approach is horrible. The food was not good (dried out). Normally BK is one of my go to fast food places but this one is not good."
"I had to call back to speak to the manager because they had left out half of our order. The bag seemed full and we didn’t check throughly. After, I finally reached him per phone and told him what happened, he replied to bring my receipt back in and he would correct my order. He listened and was quick to respond to resolve my complaint. We were leaving the hospital after I had had a procedure. So, we decided to stop at this Burger King for early lunch. The drive thru wait time was lengthy but moved quickly. We ordered for x2 people on the same ticket. The young lady seemed a little dry, and we had to repeat some items several times before she got it. We drove around to the window to pay and this lady was very friendly & professional! After, driving to the pickup window, the young lady didn’t greet us, she just started giving us our drinks, which one was wrong. She corrected it and handed us the bag full with the hot food! We glanced at the order and left moving forward for the next driver in line. Little did we know that it was the order for only one person! We didn’t find out until after I’ve reached home & was on Bedrest! That’s why I gave this Burger King a 4! “MISSING MY BURGERS!”"
