"Had to rip open my grilled cheese to try and figure out what all of this brown stuff is in my cheese kind of looked like thin slices of steak or a whole bunch of gunk from the grill. I also waited in a bay for like 10 min with no answer so went through the drive through."
"Placed an order on the app. Waited 30 minutes before flagging down an employee and asked about my order. Not busy at all. Went and saw about my order and came right back out with it. Appeared like it had been prepared for a hot minute. Then when I ate my food it was barely warm, which makes me think it had just been sitting there."
"I’m here at the sonic drive I hardly eat had for a corn dog and tots. Pay for my order I pull over to eat as I bite into my corn dog this was the hardest corn dog I ever ate the tots overcooked. Worse experience I don’t know if it’s due to the weather or they had another hour to close but this was the worse experience ever."
"Girl at window was not friendly. Didn't speak. I paid for large shake got a small. Wife order chocolate chip cook dough, had few chips on top & frozen ice cream middle of cup down. Pitiful. Sonic in Jasper is so much better. Very friendly food always just right. BTW this was on a Wednesday afternoon Nov. 29th 2023"
