"Called asking about prices and got yelled at by a lady on the phone. Don't go call here if you want food.."
"I visited Seafood Shack yesterday and a string of black hair was fried within my shrimp and batter. I took it back so that I could get some fresh shrimps prepared but I didn’t like how they handled the situation at all. They came out to our car twice saying they didn’t see any hair. I had to literally walk in the kitchen and show them the hair which I felt was very uncalled for. I had a scarf on my head so I knew it wasn’t my hair and once I showed them they were both looking stupid. The Arab guy said “oh it probably blew in there” and I’m like how. The cook used a fork to pull the string from it being fried inside of it. They completely handled the entire situation wrong and I’m actually upset I just didn’t get a refund or was still offered one even if they wanted to remake my food. I won’t be visiting this facility anymore because of how they handled their hair situation."
