"No grass, all sand. Not ideal for many reasons."

"Great place to let our pets run. Please consider putting some obstacles for the dogs to play on."

"Visited today and both gates do not close. While tried to work on them our Newfoundland jumped the fence (too short, about 3 feet tall with the snow) and we spent an hour trying to catch him as he made a beeline for Lake Michigan. I'm sure HE had a great visit to this dog park but it was a dog owners nightmare today in the winter."

"Been coming here at least once a week for nearly ten years. It's a decent park but really aimed at small dogs. The sand or snow builds up along the fence line, so the effective height is only about three feet, very easy to jump. The fence has taken a lot of damage over the years, and is not maintained."

"Probably one of the best around, no water at the park itself, but right off Lk Mich. & nice short path to the water. Bathrooms real close by"
